Buffer roller If there is mechanical problem when the buffer roller is
rotated, fix the mechanism.
Buffer roller drive motor (M6) Check the connectors and harnesses between the buffer
roller drive motor (M6) and the finisher control PC board
(CN18).
Replacement part Measure
Buffer roller drive motor (M6)
Finisher controller PC board
Check Item Measure
Buffer roller Rotate the buffer roller.
Fix any mechanical problem.
Buffer roller drive motor Check if the connector (CN11) on the finisher controller PC
board is disconnected from the buffer roller drive motor (M4)
and the harnesses are open circuited. Correct if so.
