Classification Error item
Network error The user log-on time is invalid at domain authentication and
the user cannot log-on.
Check item Measures
Setting Check the log-on time setting of the user account in "Active
Directory User and Computer".
Classification Error item
Network error The difference between the time set in the equipment and
that set in the server is more than five minutes at domain
authentication of the Active Directory and the user cannot log
on.
Check item Measures
Setting Match the time of the equipment and domain controller, or if
an SNTP server is in the network, recommend the use of
SNTP.
Classification Error item
Network error A Kerberos ticket has expired at the domain authentication of
the Active Directory and the user cannot log on.
Check item Measures
Setting Check if the Kerberos ticket on the Kerberos server has
expired.
Classification Error item
Network error A Kerberos ticket authentication error of the Active Directory
domain authentication occurs and the user cannot log on.
Check item Measures
Setting Check if the user name or password is correctly entered. If
this problem still persists, contact your Window server
administrator.

Network error The Realm name for the domain authentication of the Active
Directory is invalid and the user cannot log on.
