Operating
Adjustment of the length:
Place the Wiper die 4-5 mm in behind the tangent point of the bending tool (middle of
the bending role). This point is different concerning to different materials and different
bending radii. Other positions should be noticed from the operator.
Lateral adjustment of the Wiper die:
Place the Wiper die as close as possible on the contour of the bending die.
The contour of the Wiper die and bending die must be flush.
NOTE!
Create a smooth surface between wiper die and bend die.
