6. Remove the four screws holding the fixing
housing and then the housing.

7. Remove the pressure spring from each of the
front and rear ends of the fixing unit.

8. Remove the C ring, gear and bushing on the
rear and the C ring and bushing on the front
of the heat roller, and then remove the heat
roller.
9. Replace the heat roller and refit all the
removed parts.
