B. The following dialog box will open.
C. Enter the required patient information.
Chart Number, First Name,
and
Last
Name
are required elds which must be lled in. All other elds are optional,
but it is recommended that they are lled in.
D. Click
Add
to save the patient record.
5.2.2 Retrieving Patient Records
You can search through the patient database using a patient’s chart number,
their rst name, or their last name.
