Lubricating the
Hose Reel System
Requirements

Procedure
Perform the procedure below to
lubricate the hose reel system.
1.
Disconnect electric power from the machin
e.
2.
Apply low temperature bearing grease, with severa
l pumps from a grease
gun,
to each bearing
(a)
.
3.
Lightly apply a low tempe
rature lubricating oil to the chain
(b)
.
Result
The hose reel system
has now been lubricated.
