Troubleshooting E 3000
Pump is noisy and HTF flow
is below nominal value.
The suction valve is not fully
open.
Verify that the suction valve
is fully open.
The HTF temperature is
below -26°C (-15°F).
Warm the HTF and hoses
before starting machine;
see topic Preheating the
HTF in this manual.
The strainer basket is
clogged.
Clean the strainer basket;
see topic Cleaning the HTF
Strainer.
