3.Setthedesiredcurrentvalueforeachpump,then
presstheStartbuttontoactivate.
4.Withsupplypressureandowatthehead,the
requiredfunctioncanbeactivatedby:
-ForParkervalves,pluggingina24VDC/1Apower
supplyintothesolenoids.
-ForDanfossvalves,shiftingthespoolswiththe
manualactuators.
5.Whentestingiscomplete,presstheStopbuttonon
page2.1.C.2.
IMPORTANT:Wheninthemanualmode,pressure
andowaresuppliedattheheadviathe
H-16pumpoutputs,butallharvesterhead
controlsaredisabled.Manualmodealso
locksoutbasemachinefunction.
H-16ControllerPower
TheH-16systemhasseparateswitchedandunswitched
powernetworks.Theprimaryswitched24Vnetwork
powersthesolenoidsthatcontrolheadmovement,via
thesoftware.Theconstantunswitched24Vcontrol
network(steppeddownto5Vtorunthecircuits)allowsa
softshut-downwhentheWaratahswitchisturnedoff.It
cannotsupplypowertothesolenoids.
