1.Lubricateallgreasettings.Lubricatetwicepershift
ifworkinginhardwoodapplications.(RefertoFluids
andLubricants.)
2.Fillsawchainlubricationreservoir,onlefthandside
oftheharvesterhead.Cleantheareaaroundthe
reservoircapofalldebrisanddirtandremovethecap.
Fillcompletelywithsawchainoilpertherecommended
sawchainoilchart.(RefertoFluidsandLubricants.)
3.Conductoverallvisualinspection.Checkvalve,
motors,cylinders,andallhosesforleaksorwear.
Tightenorreplacettingsandhosesasnecessary.
4.Checktopsawandmainsawchaincondition.Inspect
sawchainsforexcessivewear,cracking,orbroken
teeth.Replacesawchainifnecessary.
5.Checkchainshotguard.SeeChainShotGuard
