affectstheperformanceofthemeasuringunit.Grease
intervalforpinsisdailyandgreaseintervalformeasuring
wheelbearingsisevery100hours(2weeks).
1.Usingyourhand,rotatethemeasuringwheelto
ensureitrotatesbetween1and2turns.
2.Ifthemeasuringwheeldoesnotrotateoneturnthen
thegreasemayneedreplacingorasmallamountof
greasemayneedtoberemovedorthebearingsmay
needtobechecked.
3.Ifmeasuringwheelrotatesmorethan2turnsthen
greasingisrecommended.
NOTE:Ifgreasettingistobeleftinmeasuring
wheelendcap,applyLOCTITE®Loctite™
243(Blue)tothegreasetting.
4.Removecapscrew(1)frommeasuringwheeland
installgreasetting.
5.Apply2pumpsandrecheckbyspinningthewheel.
