UsingBoosterBatteries:TimberRite™
Beforebooststarting,themachinemustbeproperlyshut
downtopreventunexpectedmachinemovementwhen
theenginestarts.
CAUTION:Anexplosivegasisproducedwhile
batteriesareinuseorbeingcharged.Keepames
orsparksawayfromthebatteryarea.Makesure
thebatteriesarechargedinawell-ventilatedarea.
IMPORTANT:Shortcircuitingorusingbooster
batteriesabove140ampwithoutrst
disconnectingthecontrollerwilldamage
it.Alwaysdisconnectthecontrollerbefore
usingboosterbatteries,otherwisesevere
controllerdamagewilloccur.
NOTE:ForTimberRite™controllers,turnoff
thekey-switch.
1.TurnoffthecarriermainswitchandtheTimberRite™
controllerkey-switch.
2.DisconnecttheTimberRite™powerconnector(1).
3.DisconnecttheCAN1connector(3).
4.Connectoneendofthepositivecabletothepositive
terminalofthemachinebatteries(A),andtheother
endtothepositiveterminaloftheboosterbatteries(B).
5.Connectoneendofthenegativecabletothenegative
terminaloftheboosterbatteries.Connecttheother
endofthenegativecabletothemachineframe,asfar
awayfromthemachinebatteriesaspossible.
6.Starttheengine.
7.Allowseveralminutesbeforeyoudisconnecttheend
ofthenegativecablefromthemachineframe.Then,
