This is a simple (though musically sensible) use of the auto-accompaniment. You do not need to
switch off sounds on the lower when you play 1-3 appropriate chord notes.
You need to restrike the keys for every change in harmony!
Major chord = Root
e.g.: C = C (= Dur); A= A-Dur
Major 7th Chord = Root
+ a whole tone (= 2 semitones) below
e.g.: C2 + Bb1 = C7 or: A1 + G1 = A7
Minor chord = Root + a minor 3rd (= 3 semitones) above
e.g.: C2 + Eb2 = cm or A1 + C2 = am
Minor 7th Chord = Root + a minor 3rd (= 3 semitones) above
+ a whole tone (= 2 semitones) below
e.g.: C2 + Eb2 + Bb1 = cm7
Major Maj7 Chord = Root
+ a semitone below
e.g.: C2 + B1 = Cmaj7 or: A1 + G#1 = Amaj7
Minor Maj7 Chord = Root + a minor 3rd (= 3 semitones) above
+ a semitone below
e.g.: C2 + Eb2 + B1 = cmMaj7
or: A1 + C2 +A b1 = amMaj7
Major 9th Chord = Root + whole tone above + major 3rd above
+ whole tone below
e.g.: C2 + D2 + E2 + Bb1 = C9
Minor 9th Chord = Root + whole tone above + minor 3rd above
+ whole tone below
e.g.: C2 + D2 + Eb2 + Bb1 = cm9
Other similarly constructed chord variations: CMaj9
cmMaj9
Muting all Acc tracks except drums:
Press 3 consecutive keys - e.g.: A+Bb+B ACancel1
This function is a particulary useful way while playing a piece to switch off all the
accompaniment tracks (except drums) with keys on the manual and then to start them
again immediately afterwards by playing a normal chord.
Muting in this way is not possible with Easy Chord 1+2 or with Pedal Harmony.
