19. Error Messages
19.1. Failure in the Start-up Procedure
The following window appears if an error occurs in the instrument’s start-up procedure:
Normal Start: If this display appears after you switch on, always make a further
attempt to start the WERSI Software in the normal way.
Windows Desktop: After consulting a WERSI engineer, you can completely shut down the
WERSI software with this display and switch to Windows.
Start Installation: If the software refuses to load, you will have to re-install the WERSI
software. Push the current WERSI installations DVD into the drive and
press the “Start Installation” button. Follow the instructions on the
screen. Your own data will remain intact.
Settings: Please do not make any changes in ‘Settings’, until you have
spoken to a WERSI engineer.
Attempts to restart the software
Closes all WERSI programmes
and switches to Windows
Begins a new installation of the
WERSI software
