PrepareWingtraOnefortheLogTransfer
ToprepareyourWingtraOneforaccessingFlightLogs,inserttheSDcardintothecamera,andthen
powerontheWingtraOne.
TransfertheLogs
ClickonSettings,andthenselectthetab"FlightLogs"inWingtraPilot.Onceonthissite,pressthe
buttontostartlogfilestransferandwaitfortheconfirmationmessage.Itisimportanttonotethatthis
processmaytakeupto3-4minutes.
ThetransferredflightlogsarestoredonthecameraSDcardinthefolder"WingtraFlightLogs".This
foldercanbeaccessedbyinsertingSDcardintothetablet,orviayourpersonalcomputer.
SendFlightLogstoWingtrasupport
Ontabletorcomputer,logintosupport.wingtra.comandsubmitasupportrequest.Describeyour
issueasdetailedaspossible,attachthezippedfolderlocatedunder/WingtraFlightLogsontheSD
card,andsubmittherequest.
