Common Settings
In Common Settings, you select default settings that affect the
machine itself. The following settings can be made and are
detailed in the sections that follow:
• Machine clock/timers
• Audio tones
• Screen defaults
• Paper tray settings
• Image quality
• Reports
• Maintenance/diagnostics
• Set numbering
• Other settings
1. From the System Settings screen, select System Settings.
For the method of displaying the System Settings screen, refer to
System settings procedure page 1.
2. Select Common Settings.
