Linking Job Flow Sheet and Mailbox
The ways to link job flow sheets to mailboxes differ depending on
whether the Authentication feature is enabled. The tables that
follow explain the relationships available.
NOTE: When job flow sheets not available for operation but are
linked to a mailbox, they can still be used, but not changed or
copied. If you release the link, the job flow sheet will no longer be
displayed and will be disabled.
When the Authentication feature is not enabled
When the Authentication feature is not enabled, the relation
between the users and the use of the mailbox is as follows:
