System settings with optional FreeFlow scanner
When your environment uses the optional FreeFlow scanner and
its related software, you will need to set the following system
settings in order to receive a job from FreeFlow.
NOTE: Additional settings may be required on your machine in
order to use the optional FreeFlow. Please refer to your user
documentation and the FreeFlow user documentation. You may
also contact your Customer Support Center.
In order to use the optional FreeFlow with your machine, you must
perform two procedures:
• Register an FTP user
• Enable the paper color customization
The following pages outline both these procedures
Register an FTP user
To receive a job from the FreeFlow scanner you must register a
user with the copier/printer. Use the following procedure to do
this:
1. From the machine’s control panel, press the Login/out button:
