Print Cover Page
Lets you choose whether to print a cover page, and specify the placement
of the cover page in relation to the remaining pages of the print job.
Cover Page Paper Source
Allows you to select the paper tray containing the Cover Paper. The Cover
Page contains information about the print job such as: user name,
application, document name, date, time, printer, and number of pages.
This option is disabled (grayed out) if Print Cover Page is set to None.
