5.9.2 Absolute Data Request Signal (SEN)
The absolute data request signal (SEN) must be input to obtain absolute data as an output from the multi-wind-
ing drive unit.
The following table describes the SEN signal.
The SEN signal is input at the following timing.
∗ Turn OFF the SEN signal to turn OFF the control power supply.
