(1) Preparation
There are no tasks that must be performed before the execution.
(2) Operating Procedure
Follow the steps to set enable or disable writing.
Setting values are as follows:

: Write permitted (Releases write prohibited mode.) [Factory setting]

: Write prohibited (Parameters become write prohibited from the next power ON.)
Note: To make the setting available, change the setting to P.0000 as shown in step 3.
Step Display after Operation Keys Operation

Press the Key to view the main menu for the
utility function.
Use the or Key to move through the list and
select Fn010.

Press the Key. The display changes to the Fn010
execution display.

Press the or Key to select one of the follow-
ing settings.
P.0000: Write permitted [Factory setting]
P.0001: Write prohibited

Press the Key. The setting value is written into
the SERVOPACK, and the status display changes as
follows: "BB" to "DONE" to "BB."
5 To enable the setting, turn the power supply to the SERVOPACK OFF and ON again.
