2.10 Setting the Data Update Interval

This section explains operating procedures using the following setup methods.
Procedure Using the Setup Menu (see chapter 1)
Procedure Using the Menu Icons (see page iii)
Depending on the measurement mode or the method of computing measurement values (computing
method), the settings may be different from the description in this section, the settings may be invalid,
or the settings may not be configurable. For details, see the features guide.
Procedure Using the Setup Menu
1.
Tap the Setup icon , or press MENU under SETUP.
2.
Tap Computation/Output tab. A computation and output settings overview screen appears.
Pressing ESC closes the overview screen.
Setting the Data Update Interval (Update Rate)

Tap Update Rate/Averaging. A drop-down list for setting the interval appears.
When the Data Update Mode Is Set to Constant

Set the data update interval.

Set the data update mode.
(Constant, Trigger)
Set the measure method.
(Sync Source Period Average, Digital Filter Average)
Set the update interval (10ms, 50ms, 100ms, 200ms, 500ms, 1s, 2s, 5s, 10s, 20s).
Set the response (Fast (≥100Hz), Mid (≥10Hz), Slow (≥1Hz),
VSlow (≥0.1Hz)).

Note
You can also display the computation/output settings overview screen by moving the cursor on the
Computation/Output tab using the arrow keys and then pressing SET.
