HID Host Parameters
The linear imager scanner supports virtual keyboard emulation for the Apple iOS, and keyboard emulation over
the Bluetooth HID profile. In this mode the linear imager scanner can interact with Bluetooth enabled hosts
supporting the HID profile as a Bluetooth keyboard. Scanned data is transmitted to the host as keystrokes.
HID Features for Apple iOS

This option works with Apple iOS devices to enable the opening and closing of the iOS virtual keyboard by
double-pressing the trigger.
NOTE When this feature is enabled, the linear imager scanner may be incompatible with non-Apple iOS devices.
