Export Tests Manually
To manually export test data to a shared network folder or USB stor
age device, use the following
procedure.
Note: You cannot use this procedure if data export to FORUM has been enabled (FORUM T
est
Database setting On under the Re
port Output settings).
1. Select the Te
sts button at the bottom of the Patient screen.
(see page 1).
2. In the T
ests screen:
• Highlight individual tests to select a limited number of tests
to expor
t, OR choose Select All to export all of the tests.
• Choose Clear Select
ion to clear your choice.
• Select Save T
o (choose between Save to HFA3 Format or Save
to HFAII-i Format) and save selected tests to a USB device or
network location. A data transfer summary screen will appear
with details of the export process.
Save Reports Manually
You can use the following procedure to save test r
eports to a USB storage device, network shared
folder, or an EMR system. You cannot use this procedure if FORUM data export has been enabled.
1. Select the Re
ports button at the bottom of the Patient
screen.
2. In the following screen, tests for the patient will be listed.
Highlight
one or more tests.
3. Select Sa
ve (local database mode), DICOM EPDF (for a
DICOM EMR).
4. If you selected Sa
ve, select/confirm the export location in
the next screen. Choose Select if exporting to a mapped
shared folder or USB.
5. A progress screen will appear, followed by a message
stating export
results.
Options from here are:
Select Reports - change the selection of default r
eport types
you wish to save for the selected tests.
Clear Selection - clears the highlighted
tests.
