Limit - minimum (low) fan (RPM)
value - the measured fan RPM

INFO A fan’s RPM returned to the normal range.
id - 1=Fan 1, 2=Fan 2, 3=Fan 3
Limit - maximum (high) or minimum fan (RPM) that had been
breached
