Cleaning the Chiller Air Vent and Changing the Air Vent
Filter
If the ns of the air-condenser become clogged with dust or debris,
heat radiation performance reduces. This results in the reduction of
cooling performance, and may stop the operation because the safety
device is triggered.
1. Shut off the power supply of the product when performing
cleaning, maintenance or inspection to avoid electric shock,
injury or burn, etc.
2. Use a long bristled brush or air gun to clean the condenser to
prevent the ns from being deformed or damaged.
3. To replace the lter, remove the lter panel and replace with
“SMC Filter Element AF/AW30 (Scott Equipment #AF30P-060S)”
(p/n 132576-00).
4. Refer to the OEM documentation for detailed instructions.
Drain Filter Replacement
When the chiller is free of uids, open the drain lter housing at the
rear of the chiller and uninstall/reinstall a Pentek CW-F Polypropylene
Wound Filter (Scott Equipment #155186-43).
