TROUBLESHOOTING
Client software (DMP Control, DMP Explorer,…) Does Not Work
Make certain your computer can access the DMP Server by checking the following address in Windows Explorer:
• \\DMPserver\
• \\ip address of the server\
If you cannot access the DMP Server, no DMP software program will work correctly. Contact your local IT administrator to set up the
correct access, The default DMPserver login details are:
• User name: LM
• Password: DMPuser
Cause
This error is due to slice data handling by the hatching program (HatchWise), that is incapable of interpreting contours that are
intersecting each other. A more robust hatching data handling algorithm is under developed.
