When Mode is set to AutoToAny it is possible for the operator to change the
control mode to Manual. If the ForcedEnable input changes from True to False
when the controller is in Manual Control mode, the Control Mode remains
unchanged.

When the controller enters Forced Output Mode, i.e. ForcedEnable is active, the
message “Forced” is shown at the left of the top line of the operator mode display.
If the operator then decides to put the controller into Manual Mode by pressing
the Hand key, the Hand key LED illuminates.
