Chapter 5: Technical Data 5.6 Output Signals
493-0736-11 (6-2) 205
• Inactive = 0 to 5 V, active = 16 to 30 V
5.6 Output Signals
AO1, AO2, AO3
• Three analog outputs, 0–20 mA or 4–20 mA. Loading 0 to 650 Ω.
• Load dependence < 0.2 % for a change from 0 to 60 Ω.
DO1, DO2, DO3, DO4, DO5, DO6
• Six digital outputs, 24 V 250 mA.
5.7 Computer Communication
• RS485 serial interface, COMLI or MODBUS RTU protocol.
• RS232 serial interface, COMLI or MODBUS RTU protocol.
5.8 Safety Functions
Supply Failure
• Restart from present position (3-state pulse output) or a preset position.
Input/Output Signal Failure
• Failure of the analog input/output signal initiates an alarm.
5.9 Indications
Process and Set Point Values
• Analog bar graph display with 3.33 % resolution.
• Calibrated 0 to 100 %.
• Display normally shows Process Value. Automatically reverts to showing the
Process Value 5 seconds after the user has finished examining other values.
Output Signal
• Analog bar graph display with 5 % resolution.
• Calibrated 0 to 100 %.
