Changing Loops
You can select loops by pressing the Next key until the display shows “Loop”, and
then selecting the desired loop.
A.4 Front Panel Usage
If the Communication Mode is Local, the front panel is operable as usual.
If the Communication Mode is Computer, the operator can inspect all posts in the
list of operator choices. But there are just four posts that can be operated:
• Communication Mode (in order to switch back to Local Mode)
• Control Mode (in order to switch between Automatic and Manual Mode)
• Output Signal (when the Control Mode is Manual)
• Displayed Loop (in order to switch between display of Loop1 and Loop2 when
controlling multiple loops)
All other functions are disabled.
A.5 Communication Area Mapping
A supervisory system gains access to the controller’s parameters via I/O bits and
registers. The description below are common both for Comli and Modbus.
