Outputs
The Output block can be configured to provide analog and/or digital output
signals as required.
Analog Outputs
Each Analog Output Block (AO) has one analog input, Signal and produces a
current signal at the external terminals of the controller. Each block also holds
seven parameters – Mode, MinCurrent, MaxCurrent, FixedCurrent, Alarm, Loop
and Identity.
The Mode parameter is used to select the block for operation and whether it
operates in the Direct or Reverse modes.
Note: The ECA06 and EMA60 do not have the Fixed mode. In the text and tables
below, any features which are not available in the ECA06 and EMA60 are
identified by a “*” character.
With the block configured to Mode = Direct the block has the characteristic
shown below:
