Arithmetic Error
If the calculations done in the Input Function Blocks result in a divide by zero or
an arithmetic overflow, this error is set.
CLPM Osc LoopX
If the CLPM (Control Loop Performance Monitor) detects abnormal oscillation
in the control loop, this warning is set. Please refer to page cxxxix for more
information.
XX Source off
If any source or output is referenced when its mode is off, this warning is set.
Tuner Abort LoopX
If the Deviation is too great when Tuning is initiated, this warning is set and the
Tuning procedure is interrupted.
Tuner PVNoise LoopX
If the Process Value is noisy, and threatens to make the Tuner render invalid PID
Parameters, this warning is set.
Adapt Warn LoopX
If the Adaption algorithm detects abnormal PID Parameters, this warning is set.
Control continues as usual. For further details refer to the warning concerning
large parameter changes in the Autotuner section in the main part of this manual.
B.5 Information Messages
Alarm Messages
If a Process Value Alarm or a Deviation Alarm is configured, and the
corresponding block detects an alarm condition, an information message is
displayed.
Tuning
When tuning, the tuner informs the user about the current tuning phase as the
tuning progresses.
