3.4 Exiting Configuration Mode
To exit Configuration Mode and return to Operator Mode:
1 Repeatedly press the Cancel key to move back up the Configuration Menu.
2 When the display changes to show that the Operator Mode has been entered
stop pressing the Cancel key.
3.5 Lost Code Retrieval
If you cannot remember the correct password you can retrieve it as follows:
1 When the display shows “Code NOT Correct, Read access only” press the
Next key and hold it for a few seconds.

2 The Crypt Key (FFFE in the above example) is shown on the display. This
is an encoded version of the password shown in hexadecimal format.
3 To retrieve the password first convert the Crypt Key to decimal format and
then subtract this number from 65535, i.e.
Password = 65535–(Crypt Key)

This formula should be accessible only to authorised personnel.
