Stiction Compensation
This function is to be used with analog output signals which control pneumatic
regulating valves with high friction components. The stiction compensation adds
short pulses of equal amplitude and duration to the analog output signal. This
significantly reduces the control error during stick-slip motion compared with
standard control without stiction compensation.
