7.24 Replacing the Hydraulic Tank Filler Cap
When
Every 1000 hours
Requirements
• Machine parked on a flat, level surface
• Machine shut down

Procedure
1. Remove the hydraulic fill access plate (1) by removing the retaining
bolt (2) and loosening the pivot bolt (3).
2. Rotate the access plate out of the way.

3. Remove the old hydraulic tank filler cap (4).
4. Install the new hydraulic tank filler cap.
5. Rotate the access plate back into place.
6. Install the retaining bolt.
7. Tighten the pivot bolt.
