QUEUE FLAG DETAILS
The <mav> status bit is set when one or more bytes are available to be read from the
Output Queue.
The <erb> status bit is set when one or more errors are present in the Error Queue. The
ERROR? query will place a nr1 response message in the Output Queue representing the Error at
the head of the queue, if the queue is empty then this message will be 0.
