displayed under the SUB setting.
Press [More] to display a choice of a further four modulation index values (8-14) as
shown in Fig. B-13. Press [More] again to return to the previous modulation index screen.

Normal VOR mode is returned by pressing the [Index ON/OFF] KEY.
Note...
The 9960 Hz sub-carrier and the peak deviation value will change in relation to the VOR
rate setting.
Example: For a VOR rate of 25 Hz, the sub-carrier will be 8300 Hz and the peak
deviation (for an index = 6) will be 400 Hz.
The display always reflects the sub-carrier and peak deviation settings for a VOR rate of
30 Hz.
