Step Scale
:FREQuency:RF:SCALe LOG|LIN
:FREQuency:RF:SCALe?
This command toggles the scale of an RF sweep between
logarithmic and linear.
The LOG scale is NOT applicable to neither amplitude sweep
nor LF sweep.
The query returns the current scale.
