12 Adjust saw blade running

peed and cutting rate

CNC INPUT display
Press OVERRIDE button to go to OVERRIDE display.
Adjust saw blade running speed with BLADE SPEED
ً and ٕ buttons.
Adjust cutting rate with CUT RATE ً and ٕ buttons.
MANUAL INPUT display
Press V field to open numeric keypad, and enter
desired value to adjust speed of saw blade.
Press R field to open numeric keypad, and enter
desired value to adjust cutting rate.
(When the input method is table feed speed “mm/min”
input, press OVERRIDE button to open OVERRIDE
display, and adjust saw blade running speed and table
feed speed on OVERRIDE display.)
13 Start cutting feed
······· Press the TABLE CUTTING FEED button to start table
cutting feed.
14 Cutting end and
automatic stop
······· When table move distance reaches cutting length, table
cutting feed stops. After 30 sec, machine totally stops.
Repeat same cutting
operation
······· Repeat steps 8 to 11, and 13 and 14.
Perform different cutting
operation
······· Repeat steps 4 to 14.
15 Turn off power ······· Turn POWER switch to OFF.
POWER ON light extinguishes.
