In Binary mode, the query returns 2x8 bits word represent the modules status for 1U and 2U chassis.
It returns 4x8 bits in the 4U chassis. The parameter 1 through 6 represent the chassis address or ALL
to return all chassis in the system.

moules that are present in the system in this format: AC3 = <data>, AC2 = <data>, AC1=
<data>,DC2 = <data>,DC1 = <data>,PFC1 = <data>.
