Query Syntax SYSTem:CMOD:TEMP? 1

SYSTem:CMODual:TEMPerature:FAULt? 1|2|3|4|5|6|all
Only ASCII mode response is supported. This command will return the temparture reading of
the moules that are present in the system that are at fault in this format:
PFC1_otp,DC2_otp,DC1_otp,AC3_otp,AC2_otp,AC1_otp
Query Syntax SYSTem:CMOD:TEMP:FAUL? 1
Parameters 1|2|3|4|all

Example SYST:CMOD:TEMP:FAUL? 2
SYSTem:CMODule:QUERy[:MODE]
Sets the query mode to ASCIIor Binary. The default mode is ASCII. No all commands will report in
binary mode
