Adjusting
The steering damper may be adjusted by turning
the knob (1).
•
Turn the knob (1) clockwise to stiffen
the steering.
•
Turn the knob anticlockwise to loosen
the steering.
SPORT SETTINGS MAY BE USED ONLY FOR OFFICIAL
COMPETITIONS TO BE CARRIED OUT ON TRACKS,
AWAY FROM NORMAL ROAD TRAFFIC AND WITH THE
AUTHORISATION OF THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES.
ADJUSTMENTS MAY ONLY BE MADE WITH THE VEHICLE
STATIONARY. AFTER ALTERING THE SETTINGS, AL-
WAYS CHECK THAT THE HANDLEBAR TURNS FREELY IN
BOTH DIRECTIONS.

Removing
The steering damper steering more precise and
stable, improving motorcycle handling in all con-
ditions. The damper is fastened at the front of the
motorcycle between the base of the headstock
and the frame
Removal:
•
Unscrew the chassis fixing screw.
•
Unscrew the fixing screw at the base of
the headstock.
•
Remove the steering damper.
