6 Performing Advanced Operations
This section shows how to perform advanced operations.
6.1 Answering Waiting Calls
You can accept a call on an extension on which there already is an active call.
Example:
a. A call with A is in progress on LINE 1
= call in progress
b. A call comes in from B
= call waiting
To answer B:
1. Press the Accept softkey; the icon is displayed indicating that the waiting call from B is
answered; the previous call from A is put on hold:
2. To toggle between the calls, press the navigation control's upper or lower rim.
