7.4 Panel AC Failure
When there is a power outage and the controller is taking power from the backup battery, the
message Panel AC Failure, will be sent to the View Activity web page. The Common Alarm Out-
put will be triggered on and it is only restored when the main power supply is restored.
7.5 Controller Tamper
Whenever the Controller's cover is opened, the message Controller Tamper will be sent to the
View Activity web page. The Common Alarm Output will be triggered on and it is only restored
when the Controller's cover is closed back.
7.6 Duress
Whenever a cardholder activates a duress code, the message Duress will be sent to the View
Activity web page. The Common Alarm Output will be triggered on and it is only restored when
the Access Easy Controller software user acknowledged the duress alarm transaction in the
View Activity web page.
