X Liability of the commercial seller (bicycle dealer)
with respect to the consumer is legally regulated.
X The seller guarantees that the goods sold are free
from any defects.

the transfer of the product to the consumer (regard-
less of the duration of storage at the bicycle
dealer).
The liability of the dealer does not include costs
for rental bicycles, taxis or cancelation of travel.
