Service event form
X This form is created when a service case is reported
to Bosch eBike Service Team. This is then sent to
the dealer by email.
X The order number assigned is only valid once (see
Entry A).
X After this form is received, check entries B to F and,
if required, supplement/correct.
Service-Action for Classic+ Line
X With drive systems of the 1st generation (Classic+ Line), problems may
occur in particular cases during freewheeling (pawls do not engage prop-
erly and pedal resistance is lost during pedalling).
X The first signs of failure are usually when engagement of the crank is
somewhat delayed.
X If freewheeling irregularities are detected, then the drive unit is replaced
by Bosch eBike Systems for free.
