Shipping of several batteries or if batteries
are to be shipped with other goods (e.g.
drive unit)
X One dangerous goods box per battery
X Prevent the batteries from damaging each other
(contents must remain intact when dropped from a
height of 1.2 m)
X Outer packaging sufficiently sturdy and undamaged
X Outer packaging must be marked with the words
"outer box" and labelled with hazard label and UN
number.

The correct outer packaging informs persons
involved in the transport and enables them to
take immediate and appropriate action in case of
an emergency.
Not all package couriers will transport hazardous
materials; please provide advance notice if the
package is not picked up by Bosch. (Transport
possible with e.g. FedEx, TNT, DHL, GLS)
