! When the lubricating oil supply is used for the first
time, the message "1129 Lubricating oil
pressure deviation too great" may be dis-
played on the monitor. Ignore this message
with <F12>. The message is repeated until the lub-
ricating oil supply is completely bled (duration ap-
prox. 15 minutes). If the message persists, the cause
may be a low quantity of lubricating oil or incorrect
direction of rotation of the three-phase motor (see
direction of rotation arrow on the three-phase motor
of the lubricating oil supply).
7. Remove the cover of the terminal box of the three-
phase motor.
8. Pull the connecting cable through the cable gland.

9. Connect the cable (see Fig. 133).
10. Tighten the cable gland.
11. Fit the lid of the motor terminal box.
6.33 Replacing the high-pressure rail
WARNING - Risk of burns from hot surfaces
on the high-pressure rail!
There is a risk of getting burned when remo-
ving and installing the high-pressure rail.
¶ Always allow the high-pressure rail to cool
down.
¶ Always wear protective gloves.
1. Turn off the EPS 708 at the master switch.
2. Secure the master switch so that it cannot be swit-
ched back on.
3. Unplug the mains plug or disconnect from mains
electricity.
4. Remove all hoses and high-pressure hoses from the
high-pressure rail.
5. Detach all connecting cables from the high-pressure
rail. Sever the cable ties for attaching the connecting
cable to the guard plate from the rail.
Fig. 134: High-pressure rail
6. Detach the high-pressure rail (item 1) from the
retaining bracket (item 2).
7. Insert a new high-pressure rail in the retaining bra-
cket.
8. Connect all electrical cables to the high-pressure
rail.
i When connecting the pressure control valves, make
sure that connector 1 is connected to valve 1, con-
nector 2 to valve 2 and connector 3 to valve 3.
! When plugging in, make sure that all plugs are pro-
perly engaged.
9. Connect the hoses and high-pressure hose to the
high-pressure rail.
10. Calibrate the high-pressure rail (see section 10.1).
" The high-pressure rail is now ready for operation.
