4.4 Preventive Maintenance Schedule
Daily

1. Check the overall condition of the equipment (1 min)
2. Keep the equipment working environment clean (2 min)
3. Check the air pressure level to meet the requirements (1 min)
Weekly
(every 40 h of usage)
4. Clean the equipment (5 min)
5. Inspect the equipment visually (5 min)
6. Check the condition of the pneumatic hose (2 min)
7. Check the condition of the linear units (2 min)
Monthly
(every 160 h of usage)
8. Check the settings of the pressure regulator (1 min)
9. Check the condition of all moving cables (5 min)
Every 3 months
(every 480 h of usage)
10. Check the pneumatic system for the case of leaks (2 min)
11. Perform preventive maintenance of the air preparation unit (5
min)
Every 6 months
(every 960 h of usage)
12. Clean and lubricate the linear units and slides if needed (15 min)

14. Check the ventilation openings of the motors for cleanliness and

4.5.1 Cleaning Procedures
Cleaning of the equipment
➔ Wipe the exterior surfaces of the equipment using the recommended cleanser and a lint-
free soft cloth. For recommended cleansers, refer to chapter 4.3 Recommended Cleaning
Agents.
4.5.2 Inspection Procedures
Visual inspection of the equipment
➔ Check the overall operation of the equipment.
➔ Check that the mechanics of the equipment have no signs of damage.
➔ Check that the mechanics of the equipment are moving smoothly and without any
abnormal sound.
Check the setting of the Pressure Regulator
