➔ Check the settings of the pressure regulator for pressure value.
Check the condition of the moving cables and pneumatic hose
➔ Check the condition of the cables, which are moving with the adjustable conveyor
modules.
➔ Replace the damaged cables and hoses.
Check the pneumatic system for the case of leaks
➔ Switch on the equipment and make sure that the pneumatic system is not leaking.
4.5.3 Lubrication Procedures
Lubricate the linear slides of the equipment with lithium soap-based grease. Use grease nipples for
lubrication.
4.5.4 Air Preparation Unit Preventive Maintenance Procedures
Drain the condensed water from the air preparation unit’s bowl.
Clean the main pressure regulator filter, replace it if necessary.
