In the MicroDroplet Tool Heated, the left green LED lights for a moment to indicate that the
temperature setting has been received. The right red LED is always on when the heater is heating
[6].
After printing, the MicroDroplet Tool can be cleaned easily by just disposing of the syringe barrel and
rinsing the pressure connector and the nozzle with deionized water. The channel plate [7] can be
cleaned with soap water and rinsed with deionized water and disinfected with 2% hydrogen
peroxide (H
2
O
2
). Disinfection with 70% ethanol is not recommended due to the FPM fluoro rubber
sealing used in the dispensing head.
